I know for me, when I started pursuing ballet after age 18, people asked me why. It was too late to go professional.

My question in return: Is professional all there is in life?
What about joy, and health, and friendship, and growth and challenging myself and sharpening my mindset? What if I love it? What if I feel like it heals my heart?

Is the only thing worth pursuing with excellence, the thing that pays us? Maybe there is a beauty in the pursuit of excellence, just for itself. Beauty, just for itself….

We often feel that as adults, it is too late to learn something new… Do we really believe that our life ends at 18? Most of our life takes place after age 18. Most of our time to learn something new actually lies at the 18+ threshold, and as this podcast points out there are huge advantages to starting something new as an adult. We are actually in control of our own lives, have more money, have more experience.

I think we really need to challenge our mindset on this one, and this podcast will be that push.

I love this concept and find it so refreshing… it is never too late to do what you love…

Thanks to Jay Shetty for this one!!
